Lodam does its best to give all employees the tools and the framework that they need to succeed in their careers in a sustainable manner.

 

In order to do this effectively, Lodam starts by providing employees with the best possible working conditions. We participate in satisfaction surveys conducted by the Great Place to Work® Institute, so we know where we can make improvements. We also help support initiatives to help people get back into the job market.

 

We’re not just a great place to work; we also work hard to make a positive impact in several environmental areas. From products that save energy for our customers and end users to our environmental approach that saves energy in our facilities. We have also set ecological recommendations for our suppliers to further address environmental issues.

 

Lodam also fights corruption in all its forms. We work with awareness and exposing the issue within our supply chain and within our own organisation. There is a zero-tolerance policy for corruption at Lodam. 

 

Our social responsibility work focuses on supporting the local community, both with donations to the arts (which benefits our employees when we distribute tickets to concerts and sporting events), as well as sponsorships for small, local associations. 

We are also involved, both locally and internationally, in a series of groups and networks that are devoted to areas such as the environment, education and technology.
